Map to the World of Complementary & Alternative Therapies

                            Are you sinking into the Quicksand of Pain?

It's hard to get where you want to go if you don't know where you are, your destination and the best way to get there.  Before GPS we used paper maps to find out way.  Today we can use a map to help us find better health.

There are several advantages to using a map to navigate the world of complementary and alternative therapies.  First, it helps you appreciate that everyone has their own unique path in life.  Second, it helps you understand where you are right now to discover the source of your health problem.  Next it helps you see the best way to get where you want to go.

The second edition of How To UnBreak Your Health features a map format to help readers discover the world of hope called complementary and alternative therapies.  Body therapies are compared to the physical landscape, that's where you find the Quicksand of Pain and other terrain features.  Mind therapies are compared to the mental creations by man that we use to help us find our way in the world such as longitude and latitude, names for streets and cities.  Energy/Spirit therapies are strange and mysterious, just like the "magic" of magnetism used to be for mankind.  Magnetism enables a compass to show us the right direction to go and today the "magic" of these therapies can help us find better health.  Seeing all of the hundreds of complementary and alternative therapies available today helps you see that there are many choices, many different ways to find your own path to better health.  The challenge is to take advantage of all three facets (Body, Mind, Energy/Spirit) to reach your goal.

First download both pages of your free UnBreak Your Health map.  Then print page one, turn the paper over and then print page two on the back of page one.  Start by folding the map over into half, then fold each 1/2 page back over towards the middle.  Finally fold the long thin map in half so that the book cover is on the front of the finished map.  Enjoy!
